Homeowner requests

When a homeowner submits a request, the site collects the name and contact details they provide, along with the city, trade, and details of the requested work.

Contact details are shared only with the pro the homeowner selects or the active seat holder for that city and trade, for the requested work. Personal and contact information is never sold or shared for marketing lists.

Contractor and member applications

Applications include business details and are kept private until review and activation. When an application is approved and activated, only approved public profile fields are shown.

Deletion requests
